What I do and what to expect...
I work in 2 styles for my portraits. I creat pieces using watercolor and colored pencil layers. I also create digital pieces using my computer drawing tablet. For the digital pieces I prefer using higher resolution pictures, but I can sometimes get away with using lower quality photographs. For the pencil/watercolor pieces I work from high resolution photographs. It often works best for either portrait style if you send me a few different options and we discuss which photograph will apply itself most to the mediums being used.
Pieces can take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks to finish depending on a variety of factors including size, how many commissions are ahead of you, # of subjects, etc.
For both styles I offer printing professional glicee prints and greeting cards. I also can create a unique piece of jewelry using your portrait.
I will work with you to meet any personal deadline you may need me to meet including holidays, birthdays, memorials, etc. but most of my pieces are on a first come first serve basis. This means if you need a portrait done for a deadline, it is best to contact me sooner rather than later so that we can work it out. If you have any questions on pricing, photograph quality, availability or anything for that matter please convo me through my etsy store.
